We use Office Ally for billing and PMS for a small monthly fee. However, our billers are experienced in a many billing software's and can accommodate yours. 

Our clients can use their current billing software. Our billers are experienced in many different software's, if we don't know the software you are using, we will learn!

You are assigned an account manager once you become a client. This is the person you will receive reports from on a regular basis and they are available via email or phone at any time for provider and patient inquires. 

We follow all the compliance/HIPAA regulations. Making sure that all PHI is kept secure and confidential. 307 Medical Billing has BAA (Business Associate Agreements) with all of their clients to ensure this. 

As the clinic owner you have the final say in all things we do. We strive to ensure our clients get time to concentrate on what they do best- treating patients, but are still aware of their revenue. 

We send monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports. 

We also offer recommendations for your clinic with billing and coding practices, however, you have the final say.

We work directly with patients for collection of accounts and answer any billing questions they have. 

There are no start up costs with 307 Medical Billing services. 

Both parties are more secure with contracts. There is a required 30 day written notice from either party for termination. 

We are a local company based in Casper, Wyoming. Currently we don't have an office location and all our employees work remotely.
