The audit reviews your entire RCM flow. From the front desk, to the office visit and each person's role, to the check out, and follow through until the visit is paid in full. We will make suggestions for improvement areas, and implement the improvements by working with staff to learn the new practice flow.

Provider Training: Offering training to providers. Trainings include: best documentation practices for billing, training on specific CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes, and how to avoid billing errors as a provider. 

Reception/Front Office Training: Offering training to front office staff. Trainings include: insurance verification, EHR/EMR training, collecting all the correct documentation at check in, collecting copays and payments, and any other specific trainings requested. 

Billing Training: Offering training to billing staff. Trainings include: basic billing, specialty billing, basic CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding, basic auditing, best practices for denial management, appeal processes, and billing processes. 

Office Manager Training: Offering training to office managers. Trainings include: compliance, audits, forms, billing processes, and entire RCM flow.
